One by One Sheet Stackers

"Automatically stacks green ceramic sheets from cassettes... IS-3A stacker"

Up to 24 carrier block can be processed at the same time on the machine.

Carrier blocks are loaded in to carrier block cassette and automatically loaded on to the transportation track.

Carrier block move from station to station according to the program until stack is build.

After stack is build blocks are automatically unloaded  back in to the carrier block cassette.

Cycle time/ sheet: 7 to 8s ( if pressing time 5 s )

Automatically stacks green ceramic sheets from cassettes
Automatically removes carrier film.
High stacking force.
Short cycle time.
Suitable for large production volumes
Positioning pin or CCD vision sheet alignment
Well suitable for LTCC applications

Automatic inductor stacker IS-3A consists of following main units:

- transportation track made of special shaped timing belt for transportation of carrier blocks
- carrier blocks cassette system for automatic loading unloading of carrier blocks to the transportation track
- foil cassette system to automatic loading up to 7 (up to 16) different foil pattern.
- alignment press to align the sheets by pin positioning (option by CCD vision) and pressed it on to the carrier plate
- paper press to additional pressing of sheets in order to achieve uniform surface and high layer count
- mylar removing station to remove the mylar after pressing

"Automatically transferred stacks... manual ceramic foil IS-3M stacker"

General process principle:

- A sheet is put on the stack.

- The stack is automatically transferred to the press and subsequently pressed on to carrier block.  The press can be equipped with paper sheets for equalizing the pressure on the stack surface.

- After pressing, the carrier tape is removed automatically from the stack. Together with the carrier tape the edges (cut in the SC-1 ) are removed, where after a straight stack results.

"Stacking machine SM-1 is designed for manual green ceramic sheet stacking "

Manual stacker is designed for manual green ceramic sheet stacking.

Sheets are manually placed on to table. Table moves in to press where sheets are laminated
together.

Upper and bottom pressing plates are heated. Table can be equipped with registration
pins.

"Affordable solution for MLCC mass production... stacker ST-10"

Ceramic foil stacker is designed to stack green ceramic tape mainly used for MLCC production where high stacking output is needed.

Machine uses printed tape from a roll previously printed on RTP roll-to-roll printer.

For proper layer registration, registration holes made on RTP printer are used.

Machine is an affordable solution for MLCC mass production.

" Save precious time in your stacking process with fully automated cover sheet maker CSM2/CSM3"

Cover sheet makers are unique in the world because of their simplicity and the cost saved in the production of multilayer ceramics. The automatic sheet maker uses carrier tape technology, and/or freestanding tape technology. Carrier films are automatically removed by the Keko Equipment patented technology. Sheets are accurately positioned and pressed to form a stack of cover sheets.

The saving, realized by automatically stacking and pressing coversheets off-line from the printing and stacking operations, have made the coversheet maker very successful. In the case of carrier-based tape (CSM-2) the tape is laminated in the press onto the stack of cover sheets. A special patented process removes the carrier film.

Positioning of sheets on the stack of coversheets is performed with high accuracy to optimize usage of the precious tapes. The process is fully controlled by software enabling you to stack the desired numbers of sheets under your optimal process conditions.

The process computer allows you to store standard recipes for preparation of coversheets.

CSM 3 uses free standing tape. A belt system automatically transports the carrying plate to the position for dispensing of the sheets from the roll.

A programmed number of freestanding tape sheets are cut from the roll and placed by a vacuum hand onto the stack of coversheets.

The plate is moved on the belt into the press for lamination of the sheets together and glueing onto the plate.

The CSM-3 can automatically load and unload up to 33 blocks from a cassette. The cassettes can then be conveniently placed in your PAL-9 printer stacker to continue the process.

After the active layers are placed and printed the cassettes can be returned to the CSM for preparation and lamination of the top coversheets onto the ready stack.

If your applications require a new feature to be added onto the machine, we will design and build the machine to accommodate this feature, working closely with you to make sure your performance expectations are met.
